18th century style oak panelling carved to complement the original, existing, French panels. We also repaired existing damaged panels, conserving and incorporating original material where possible, and were responsible for carving full-size fluted columns with Corinthian capitals.

When the panelling work was complete, the panels were finished in silver leaf. This photograph shows the preliminary stages of the gilding process, The final result was spectacular.
THE PALACE OF WESTMINSTER
Pugin style carvings for the Lord Chancellor’s residence in the House of Lords, London. The mirror frame was carved as part of a larger contract; working closely with other craftsmen and women, many of them extraordinarily talented in their special skill. Note the famous Pugin wallpaper . . .
FIRE SURROUND FOR A CLIENT’S HOME
The two drops have detailed ribbons, flowers and different fruits. The corner pieces feature acorns and oak leaves - the oak is my clients’ favourite tree. The horizontal panel shows two swallows tumbling together over a dark lake (In the pattern of the wood).
